The Sabi's Quiet Mind Framework

for high performing middle-aged entrepreneurs, who want to

quiet Mental noise, regain Clarity, make better Decisions,

to create more mental space,

respond differently to everyday mental spinning and overload,

and build a Daily Clarity Routine that actually fits your life.

Less to learn. More to practice. Personally adapted. Humanly supported.

A Different Way to Change

Most personal-development programmes give you a method and ask you to follow it.

But you are not a method.

Your mind, your patterns, your circumstances, and your needs, are constantly changing.

The Quiet Mind Framework™ is built around that reality.

It combines practical awareness, perspective shifts, deeper inner work, and personalised guidance — adapting as you change, rather than asking you to fit yourself into a fixed formula.

Because lasting change is not about finding the perfect technique.

It is about evolving the way you think, feel, respond, and live.

The method follows three simple stages:

Experience → Practice → Integration

The Quiet Mind JourneyTM

STEP 1: THE EXPERIENCE

The SQM GatewayTM

FREE · 5-Day Experience · 12-19 Minutes a Day

Before going deeper, Experience the Difference.

Simple practice, help you notice, what becomes possible, when the mental noise begins to settle.

You don't need to fix yourself. You're not broken.

You don't need to do more.

You may need to do less of what disturbs your mind.

STEP 2: THE PRACTICE

SQM Daily ClarityTM

12-Week Guided Practice

Not hours of lessons.
Not dozens of techniques.

Less to Learn. More to Practice.

Together, we discover which practices work best for you and build them into your everyday Life.

Each week includes a 25 minutes personal instant-coaching session, to help you Adapt, Reflect and stay Accountable.

We find what works for you. Then we make it yours.

STEP 3: THE INTEGRATION

SQM Deep ClarityTM

12-Week Deep Integration Practice with Guided imagery

When you're ready to explore deeper patterns:

automatic reactions, recurring thought patterns, limiting beliefs, deeper subconscious schemas

and the internal habits that keep your mind working overtime.

The goal isn't to become someone else.

It's to reconnect with the Clarity that has always been within you.

Why the support matters

The research showed an important relationship between practice time and change in spining and overload.

So instant coaching isn't an optional add-on.

It's part of the architecture.

The aim is to help you build a practice you can eventually own for yourself.

Research-based. Continuously refined.
The method was tested. The learning continues.

The Sabi's Quiet Mind Framework™ grew from decades of professional and personal experience and was formally examined as part of my Master's dissertation in Clinical Psychology.

The original 12-week intervention was tested in two pilot groups.

Group 1: 26 participants started, 10 completed the full program.
Group 2: 11 participants started, 9 completed — after the program had been refined based on the first pilot and participant feedback.

The results were encouraging.

Participants were measured before the intervention, after the first month, at the end of the 12 weeks, and again three months later, using established self-report measures of Stress, Anxiety and Depression, including DASS-42 and STAI.

The statistical analysis found significant improvements across several of the measured psychological factors. The effect sizes were particularly strong for Stress, State Anxiety and Trait Anxiety.

Results of 14 statistically qualified participants

Average scores across 0-1-3-6 months

Results of 14 qualified - All 19 - Highest 6 results participants

Average scores across 0-3 months

One finding shaped the method especially strongly.

The largest changes were already visible during the first month. In the analysis of the average results and the participants with the strongest practice, the first-month measurement represented approximately

70% (Anxiety) – 89% (Stress) of the total improvement

shown across the intervention.

This reinforced something I had already begun to see in practice:

The goal isn't to give people more to learn.
It's to help them discover what works, and actually practice it.

And the framework is still flexibly evolving, with your needs.

The research was a beginning, not a final verdict.

After the dissertation, I added a dedicated Depression module, refined the sequence and simplified the material further - based on the research findings and just as importantly, on what participants told me about their experience.

The SQM Framework continues to develop through:

Research + Practice + Personal Feedback

And as more people go through the program,

I plan to continue measuring their progress – helping each person see their own development, while building the

evidence base for the framework over time.

Why I can support you?

I've lived this journey too.

For more than three decades, I knew what it meant to carry too much — responsibility, pressure, expectations, and

a mind that rarely switched off.

Three burnouts. A heart attack at 45.

Those experiences changed the question I was asking.

Not: How can I do more?

But: How can we succeed without losing our peace along the way?

That question led me into years of professional exploration and eventually to my Master's research in Clinical Psychology.

Today, I bring together professional experience, research, personal practice and continuous learning to help people create more mental space, clearer decisions and

a more sustainable way of succeeding.

I don't believe you need to be fixed. You're not broken!

I believe you need enough space, to feel your own Clarity again.

That's where the journey begins...
